Q: What is the age limit for Kidfest?
A: Kidfest is for elementary age kids. We welcome everyone, but please understand the services are geared toward elementary age.

Q: Where are the services held?
Frontier – Westin Hotel, Irving, TX
Carolina – Renaissance Hotel, Charlotte, NC
Midwest – Great Wolf Lodge, Mason, OH **NEW LOCATION**
Smoky Mountain – Gatlinburg Convention Center, Gatlinburg, TN
Emerald Coast – Emerald Coast Convention Center, Ft. Walton Beach, FL

Q: Does the price change for adults?
A: No

Q: Does the price change for infants or toddlers?
A: There is no charge for kids 2 years and younger.

Q: Is food provided?
A: No

Q: Is the amusement park ticket included with the registration fee?
A: For Midwest Kidfest a three day pass to the indoor water park at Great Wolf Lodge is provided in the room cost, with all others no, but discounted tickets will be available.

Q: What is the maximum number of people per room?                                                   A: For Frontier Kidfest you can have up to five people in the room.  However, keep in mind that no cots will be provided in double bed rooms at The Westin due to emergency regulations, so one person may have to sleep on the floor/bring a sleeping bag.  For Midwest and Carolina all rooms are suites, which sleep up to six people.

Q: As long as we have paid our deposit, is it okay if we just bring our final balance with us to Kidfest registration to give us for time to do fundraisers?                                          A: Yes.  As long as your group has paid the deposit, the final balance can be given at Kidfest registration.
